The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for the week of May 20 reveals Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) will make a plea to Summer Newman (Allison Lanier).
Also coming up, Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) will face a tough choice. Plus, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will play referee between Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). And will Ashley Abbott’s (Eileen Davidson) alter harm Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John)?
Y&R spoilers tease Billy will return to Genoa City after drumming up support for his newfound status at Chancellor-Winters. And not surprisingly, he and Devon will get into an argument shortly thereafter. But rumor has it, Jack will step in and play peacemaker.

Meanwhile, Tucker will fall for Ashley’s trap and meet her at an empty Jazz Club. When she tells him the place will be empty for hours, he’ll look suspicious. But what he won’t realize is that Ms. Abbott wants him dead.
At Newman ranch, Cole will keep a close eye on Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). But when he follows him, he will get more than he bargained for. They say blood is thicker than water, so when he discovers The Mustache is holding his Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) hostage, will Cole set her free?
Other Y&R spoilers tease Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will put their differences aside for the sake of their son. Plus, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will spend time with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). And Jordan will come up with a plan to escape.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Summer Thinks She’s A Threat
Finally, when Claire shows up at Summer’s door, the Marchetti CEO will congratulate her on getting what she wanted. “I didn’t accept the position,” Claire tells her on Monday’s Y&R. They’ll go for a drink and Claire will say she assumed Summer was on board when Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) offered her the nanny position.
“You turned the job down because of me?” she’ll ask. “How could I not, you’ve been through enough,” Claire will reply. Summer will say she knows Harrison Locke (Redding Munsell) likes her but doesn’t think it would be healthy for her to be around him.
“I’d like to be part of his support system, but only if you approve,” Claire will say. But Summer will admit she can’t forget what her cousin did to her family. “People could have died, because of you.”
However, Claire will say she’s not a threat to her or anyone else. “I’m sorry, I just don’t believe that,” Summer will reply. But will Summer ever give Claire a chance?
